1 c. applesauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oats
1 1/2 c. bread flour
1 1/2 tsp yeast
1/3 c. diced dry apples

Инструкции

Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Process on the appropriate cycle.
Add in apples near end of last knead.
This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
Yield: 1 loaf
