Ингредиенты
- 2 c. Sifted flour
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Drippings or possibly other shortening
- 2 x Large eggs
- 3/4 c. Applesauce, unsweetened
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts
Инструкции
- Sift flour, baking pwdr, sugar and salt together. Add in melted drippings and mix. Add in beaten Large eggs, applesauce and nuts. Stir only till flour is moistened. Fill greased 2 1/2 inch tins 2/3 full. Bake in moderate oven 375 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
