- 2 c. Flour
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Allspice
- 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 can (21-ounce) apple pie filling
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Minced dates
- 1 c. Minced nuts Cold whip
Инструкции
- Combine first 6 ingredients; stir gently. Combine next 4 ingredients; mix well and stir into dry ingredients. Stir in dates and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured 13x9-2-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
- Cold. Top with Cold Whip or possibly whipped cream.
