- 3 x Large eggs
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Oil
- 3 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Nuts, minced fine
- 3 c. Minced raw apples
- 1 stk butter
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 can Coconut

- Cream Large eggs, sugar and oil. Sift together flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
- Combine egg mix with sifted dry ingredients. Stir in vanilla, nuts and apples. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan and bake 45 min at 350 degrees. Cook topping ingredients 2 1/2 min and pour over warm cake.
