Ингредиенты
- 5 c. apple juice or possibly apple concentrate
- 7 c. sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 x pouch Certo
- 2 tsp cinnamon (to 3 tsps.) Several drops red food colouring optional
Инструкции
- To make apple juice.
- Get 10 or possibly more apples, slice into quarters.
- Put apples in large pot, fill with water until just below top of apples.
- Bring to boiling then simmer at least one hour.
- Pour apples and liquid into bag, pillow cases work well.
- Hang bag over basin to catch juice and leave over night.
- Put juice into large pot.
- Add in lemon juice and food colouring if you like.
- Boil juice for about 15 min.
- Add in sugar and stir to dissolve.
- Bring to full rolling boil and Boil about 5 min.
- Add in cinnamon and mix well.
- Add in certo and stir well for several min.
- Pour into sterilized jars.
- Seal, wipe and label.
