- 2 Tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 2 Tablespoons of white sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon of salt
- 3/4 Cup of warm milk
- 1/4 Cup of apple cider
- 1 Egg
- 2 and 1/4 Teaspoon of instant yeast
- 3 Cups of all purpose flour
Инструкции
- Whisk melted butter, sugar, salt, milk, and together in a large bowl.
- Add instant yeast and allow 5 minutes to bloom. Add flour mix with an electric mixer on medium for 2 minutes.
- Kneed, roll and shape the dough into a large ball. Place in a greased bowl covering with cling wrap and allow it to rest for an hour.
- Lay out the dough and with your donut cutting tool make 12 donuts.
- Place donuts on a tray. Proof for 30 minutes.
- Shallow fry donuts until golden brown.
- Allow the donuts to drain on a rack and cool. Brush lightly with apple cider and dust with cinnamon sugar mix.
