Refreshing soup year round, its a family favorite!
Ингредиенты
- 16 ounce weight frozen butternut squash cubes
- 2 Apples (of your choice-I use Braeburn) peeled, cored, grated
- 1 cup Pure Apple Juice
- one teaspoon ground cinnamon
- a few dashes of nutmeg
- Dollop of sour cream (when serving)
Инструкции
- In a food processor (or you can use a blender) add butternut cubes pulse several times, add apple juice, cinnamon, nutmeg and run processor to puree.
- Peel, core, grate apples add into puree butternut squash run processor one minute to well combine, transfer ingredients into a soup pot (lidded) and cook on the stove top on low heat 15 minutes.
- Serve in bowls add a dollop of sour cream.
