Ingredients: 2 1/4 c. sifted flour; 3 ounce sugar; 1 1/8 c. hot lowfat milk; 5 lrg peeled, cored, sliced apples; 1 pkt dry yeast; 1 pkt vanilla-sugar; 3 ounce room temperature butter; 1 dsh salt; 1 c. sugar; 1/2 tsp cinnamon; 1 dsh salt; 3/4 c. sifted flour; 1/4 tsp nutmeg; 1/2 c. butter

Ингредиенты

2 1/4 c. sifted flour
3 ounce sugar
1 1/8 c. hot lowfat milk
5 lrg peeled, cored, sliced apples
1 pkt dry yeast
1 pkt vanilla-sugar
3 ounce room temperature butter
1 dsh salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 dsh salt
3/4 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 c. butter

Инструкции

Mix all ingredients (except apples). Then blend on high for 5 min.
Let dough rest for 5 min. Grease cookie sheet and with greased hands, pat dough into the pan. Place apples on the dough and push in lightly. Let rise in a hot place for 30 min.
TOPPING:Combine sugar, flour, spices and salt; cut in butter till mix is crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Bake 20-30 min or possibly till brown.
