Name: American Lamb Cassoulet
Ingredients: 10 ounce Canned diced tomatoes with green chiles; 1/2 c. Scallions, sliced; 1 x Clove garlic, chopped; 1 tsp Beef bouillon granules; 1 tsp Italian herb seasoning, crushed; 1 c. Tomato sauce; 3/4 lb Lamb shoulder, cut into 3/4 inch cubes; 1 med Zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced; 1 lb Canned Great Northern beans, liquid removed

Ингредиенты

10 ounce Canned diced tomatoes with green chiles
1/2 c. Scallions, sliced
1 x Clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp Beef bouillon granules
1 tsp Italian herb seasoning, crushed
1 c. Tomato sauce
3/4 lb Lamb shoulder, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
1 med Zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced
1 lb Canned Great Northern beans, liquid removed

Инструкции

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes.
Combine all ingredients, except zucchini and beans, in a microwave casserole. Cover and microwave on high 3 min. Remove cover and stir.
Continue to microwave another 4 min. Stir in zucchini and beans and microwave another 6-7 min, till meat is cooked throughout.
