- 1 c. land o'lakes butter
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. oat flour (oatmeal)
- 3/4 c. toasted almonds grnd
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg powdered sugar dry currants sliced almonds chow mein noodles
Инструкции
- Cream butter, sugar, extract and salt. Gradually add in flour and oats. Mix well. Stir in almonds.
- Measure 1 Tbsp. dough. Roll into small oval. Repeat, setting 2" apart on ungreased baking sheet. Whisk 1 egg with 2 Tbsp. water. Brush each oval lightly.
- Press 1/2 dry currant into oval for eyes. For ears, press an almond slice in at angle. For tail, insert chow mein noodles. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 min. Cold. Dust with powdered sugar and nutmeg.
