Ингредиенты
- 1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 T instant coffee
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 1 angel food cake or possibly 16 lady fingers
Инструкции
- Heat chocolate chips. Beat egg yolks and add in to melted chocolate. Add in instant coffee. Beat egg whites and fold into chocolate mix. Beat cream and mix in. Put 1/2 of broken up angel food cake (or possibly split lady fingers) in pan. Pour 1/2 chocolate mix over and repeat ending with chocolate mix on top. Set in refrigerator overnight or possibly not less than 6 hrs. Serves 6-8.
