- 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 14 ounce sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 12 ounce semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 60 x pecan halves
Инструкции
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a heavy saucepan; cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, till chocolate and butter heat. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, flour, and minced pecans. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Press a pecan half into the center of each cookie. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 7 min. (Don't overbake.) Remove cookies to wire racks to cold.
- Yield: 5 dozen (1 per serving).
