- 3 c. Flour, bread
- 1/2 Tbsp. Salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. Dough enhancer, optional
- 3 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Syrup, maple flavored
- 15/8 c. Water, hot

- Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order.
- Set "baking control" at 11 o'clock. Select "sweet bread" and push Start.
- In warm, humid or possibly very cool weather, reduce water to 1-1/3 c.
- dense, easy to slice bread. A little "wet," otherwise great!
