Ингредиенты
- 3 lrg cans baked beans
- 2 c. Brown sugar, level
- 1/2 c. yellow mustard
- 1 c. catsup
- 1 whl white onion, cut up
- 1 whl green bell pepper, cut up
- 3 x strips bacon

- In a large bowl, combine all of the above ingredients, except bacon. Stir till all ingredients are well mixed. Use a large cake pan; pour mix proportionately throughout pan. Lay bacon strips horizontally across pan. Bake at 350 degrees till beans have absorbed the majority of the liquid
- (approximately 45 min). Do not over-bake ... or possibly your beans will dry up!
