- 1 box Duncan Hines Pineapple cake mix
- 1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3/4 c. oil
- 10 ounce 7-Up
- 4 large eggs
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 T flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 lg. can (16 ounce or possibly more) crushed pineapple (don't drain)

- Put together dry ingredients. Add in oil, beaten large eggs and 7-Up. Beat real good. Pour into 3 (9-inch) greased pans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 min.
- Put together and cook till thick. Add in 1 can coconut.If you are counting calories, do not make this cake.
