- 1 box (15-ounce) raisin bran, or possibly any bran flakes
- 3 c. Sugar
- 5 c. Flour
- 5 tsp Baking soda
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Oil
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 quart Buttermilk mix

- Bake at 400 degreees for 15-20 min.
- Makes about 4 dozen. I use regularbuttermilk not the mix. You can add in extra buttermilk if you have it, I do sometimes.
