Ingredients: 5 x Sliced bacon; 1 x Onion, minced; 2 Tbsp. Mustard; 1 c. Ketchup; 1/2 c. Vinegar; 1/3 c. Dark molasses; 1/2 c. Water; 1 can Red kidney beans, liquid removed (18 ounce); 1 can Black beans, liquid removed (18 ounce); 1 can White kidney beans, liquid removed (18 ounce) Tabasco sauce, to taste

Ингредиенты

5 x Sliced bacon
1 x Onion, minced
2 Tbsp. Mustard
1 c. Ketchup
1/2 c. Vinegar
1/3 c. Dark molasses
1/2 c. Water
1 can Red kidney beans, liquid removed (18 ounce)
1 can Black beans, liquid removed (18 ounce)
1 can White kidney beans, liquid removed (18 ounce) Tabasco sauce, to taste

Инструкции

Cook bacon in heavy skillet till crisp. Transfer to paper towels to drain. Crumble. Saute/fry onion in drippings till tender. Stir in mustard, ketchup, vinegar, molasses and water. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in all beans and mix well. Pour mix into baking dish. Sprinkle with bacon. Cover and bake 45 min at 350 degrees.
Serve with Tabasco sauce.
Yield: 4 to 5 servings.
