- Trim fat from meat and reserve. Cut meat diagonally across grain in very thin strips. Heat fat in skillet until you have about 3 Tbsp. melted fat (if necessary, add in butter); remove trimmings. Brown meat. Add in 2/3 c. water. Stir in soup mix. Heat to boiling. Blend lowfat sour cream and flour. Add in to warm mix. Cook and stir until mix thickens-sauce will be thim. Serve over noodles.
- Makes 5-6 servings.
