- 16 ounce Salsa
- 15 ounce Black beans, rinsed, liquid removed
- 10 ounce Frzn corn
- 1 c. Sliced zucchini halves
- 1 tsp Chili pwdr
- 8 ounce KRAFT Shredded Mild Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
Инструкции
- BRING tomatoes, salsa, beans, corn, zucchini and chili pwdr to boil in saucepan on medium-high heat.
- REDUCE heat to low; simmer 10 min.
- SPRINKLE 2 Tbsp. cheese in bottom of each serving bowl. Top with chili and additional 2 Tbsp. cheese. Garnish with warm red pepper slices.
