Traduttore, traditore!

Folks,

I notice that the recipes I've translated and posted to this group are showing up as if I had written them.... That's not me trying to steal someone else's recipe, that's the way the website is set up, honest!

To get around this, I make sure to credit the real recipe author in a short introductory paragraph at the beginning of each translated recipe. Be sure to check out these wonderful chefs' profiles on CES!
