I'm a mom who loves to cook! I find myself evolving and enjoying the learning of new, and fun ways to create beauiful and tasty meals. In the process i've found a true love for food photography. I enjoy making all kinds of foods, from fine dining to soul food, my favorite so far is italian cooking. I'm looking forward to learning learning how to cook foods from other countries as well.

My cooking influences originated from my family. They made alot of delicious soul food in which i learned to cook myself. I remember my first time watching the food network and seeing Paula Deen and Rachel Ray which inspired me to want to become an even better cook. Top chef, master chef, and hell's kitchen also inspired me to want to try different ethnic foods.
