Me too, Pamela!
I love this site. When I am stuck in a rut, there's always this site to turn to, to snap me out of it. The various chefs, whether they be "professional" or a "new-to-the-whole-cooking-effort-trying-to-figure-it-out person", there is always inspiration to be found, or to give.
I have found that I learn more when I am helping someone learn something new. Please feel free to express yourself, and to ask lots and lots of questions. The things I take for granted are, perhaps, new to you, and when you call me on a recipe or a technique, you make me think about what I'm going to say to you, and I want to make sure that I'm giving you the best answer possible. Blah blah...anyway, just ask all of us whatever you need to know...someone will come up with an answer.
Anyway, I look forward to sharing recipes and ideas with you.
