Hello world. My name is Jen. I started bartending several years ago, during which I picked up a number of original cocktail recipes.
I didn’t want to keep these to myself, so I began compiling and sharing these cocktail recipes on my site Organic Cocktail Recipes. The only twist is, instead of using conventional liquor or ingredients, I use fresh, organic ingredients. I figured, with the whole organic food movement, why not apply the same green standards to cocktails?
The result is a collection of delicious, healthy, and environmentally-friendly cocktails that won’t weigh on your conscience.

When I'm not mixing or experimenting with drinks, I enjoy cooking, mostly Asian food - Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. That's not to say I don't have a soft spot for good Italian food.

Have you actually made my Ultimate Carrot Cake? It is a huge crowd pleaser for me - which is good because I'd be tempted to eat more than my share otherwise. I hope you reviewed it favorably...
