I am a homemaker. Raised 6 children. Always cooking for big gatherings. When I my family was growing up. I worked in restaurants, and kitchens of 24 hour establishments. I've been all over this united states. And I love Texas the most. My children are all great cooks. Together we come up with some very good meals. I've always battled with weight gain. Trying to loose it isn't always easy when you love to cook. Did some catering. Really enjoy making people smile when they sit down to eat. I also love to sew. That's where the redneck apron comes from. Can't cook without my apron. Just don't feel right when you reach down to dry your hands & there's no apron. :) I hope to share some good receipe's with you all.
