Кулинарное влияние
My first cooking influence was my mother. She was a British WWII bride so I grew up with a mixture of British/East Texas cuisine. We would have fried chicken one night and soused fish the next. She always allowed me to watch and help. We ate very basic, good food without a lot of herbs and spices. When I was in high school she worked nights and my sister and I took turns planning and cooking dinner. I've always had a natural curiosity about food and nutrition. My second influence was Graham Kerr. I loved to watch the Galloping Gourmet in the 70's and learned so many new things from him.
