Am a great-grandma 4 times plus 1 more on its way. Am celebrating my fifth anniversary of my double lung transplant and doing well. I love cooking and gardening (flowers etc) and building things around the house, in the process of redoing my bathroom with new vanity and cabinet, tile, granite and rug on floor with tile around shower. I live with my twin sister and her husband. I worked in retail for 17 yrs, drove a truck for 4.5 yrs, was disabled with lung disorder from 1995 to 2007. I am also a diabetic and need to be on a very low carb diet and looking for those type recipes. I do have diabetic cook books but I thought I would also find some here.

my ex-mother in law (Italian) was a wonderful cook and taught me a lot. My second mother in law (german) taught me lots too and her son, my husband, taught me even more as he is a wonderful cook also.
