I am 32 years old, from Mauritius and actually leaving in Japan.I started my career with the Beachcomber Group in 1999 with 5 stars Hotel Le Paradis in Mauritius and worked there in the Italain restaurant fro 3 years- Exec Chef Stephano Fontanesi and Bruno Cerdan, and then had been trained at the Royal Palm Hotel Villa for 8 months with Exec,Chef Richard Ecubus.
Then i joined the Club Med as Sous Chef for 4 years , been working in Asia ,countries like Maldives , Thailand Phuket, Bali Indonesia and Cherating, Malaysia.
And as Exec Chef for Club Med for 3 years , worked as at Club med Sahoro , Sapporro Hokkaido. And 1 year at Cherating Club Med , Kuantan , Malaysia.
Now actually working in Two Rooms Grill and Bar.
