Pastry for me is a means to express creativity, and the only time it is socially acceptable to play with your food. Since 2006 when this journey began, I’ve had the pleasure of working along side some of the most amazing chefs in the industry, and I’ve only just begun. I moved to New York City after High School to pursue a career in Pastry Arts. I attended the French Culinary Institute, and quickly confirmed that this was a field that I truly loved. Pastry for me is a means to express creativity, and the only time it is socially acceptable to play with your food.
