I recently started cooking more seriously just this year. I was watching Hells Kitchen with my wife and the passion Gordon Ramsay has for cooking inspired me to step into the kitchen and stop making excuses on why I couldn't cook. Recently I have been doing the bulk of the cooking in the house. My wife works longer hours than I do and I like to be able to have a meal finished or started by the time she gets home. I enjoy cooking meals for our friends as well as our family. I have found I have a great passion in the kitchen and take it very seriously. I have very high standards for my food and will not serve anything that isn't up to my standards. If I wont eat it I absolutely will not serve it to my friends and family.

Gordon Ramsay is the number one influence into my cooking. I never really cooked growing up and until recently didn't do anything more than grilling.
