I head up Big City Chefs' San Francisco Bay Area team of private chefs. I have a passion for fresh seasonal fare, a penchant for cutting edge culinary trends, and a personable style. I graduated from the California Culinary Academy and began my professional career in 2005 at Moose's, where I vworked my way through all of the restaurant's line stations. The following year, I continued my culinary journey at Celebrity Chef Bradley Ogden's highly acclaimed One Market, where I worked a variety of stations including rotisserie, saute, and entremets. In June 2008, I began working at local favorite Chow as a Sous Chef at several of its neighborhood locations, where I prepared seasonal Northern California cuisine and eventually oversaw the daily operations of the restaurants. I now serve private clients in the Bay Area for everything from private dinner parties to cooking lessons and menu planning.
