40 years of cooking and baking while kids were growing, not to mention a true passion while I was growing up...I still love cooking, baking, trying new things. I enjoyed raising my children, it was hectic with working 60-70 hours a week and running a household. Getting a healthy dinner on the table for the children as they were growing...before we left for sporting events, etc. got to be a challenge. Now that I'm retired, I have the prep time, but still do not want to be tied down for hours in the kitchen.

My grandmother. Norwegian foods and very creative when feeding her family during the depression. I've learned lots of tips and tricks from her, but am excited to learn more.
