I love quinoa and have made a healthy vegetarian "fried rice" dish substituting quinoa for the rice. Using a well seasoned cast iron wok has enabled me to cook very healthy meals by retaining the nutrients and flavor.

12 марта 2010Hi Billie...great that you joined! I think I've had those georgian eggplant rollups once. Do they have some sort of walnut mix inside and pomegranate seeds on top? Anyway, I'm dying to try the recipe you got from your sister in-law. Hope you get a chance to put it up!
