I LOVE to cook. I love to try new foods and new recipes. I don't follow a recipe just glance at it and make it my own. Cooking is the "me" time for a mom of three....
I am the grand daughter of a French Immigrant who married my Irish Grandfather during WWII so I have a healthy appreciation for foreign cuisine and where my roots are from as far as food is concerned. On the other side I have a VERY down home Southern grandmother whose cooking is always what is considered "soul" food. I learned from my parents and grandparents by watching and helping in the kitchen. I also have a recipe published in the Kraft Foods magazine.
