Hi Dennis: Thanks for the follow. How interesting to have so many young culinary minds and hearts to fill with the love of food/good eating/good cooking! What a blessing!! My mom taught unwed moms how to cook and said it was so rewarding. What do they serve these days in an academy and how many staff memebers do you have? Where do you find your recipe ideas? Take a look at what I wrote about you on here. I would write more if it would let me. :-)

I am updating pictures, adding more of my favorite cook books and updating other postings here. I was working on a web site for client of mine and worked non stop on the thing til I got it done yesterday. I needed a short week vacation and so I took it; my health is number one. Without health you have nothing at all....and great friends make life more sweet day by day.

I met the nicest people in down town Historic Garden Grove now yesterday. I am going to be working on three restaurant reviews for RestaurantsOrangeCounty.webs.com. They will be Azteca Mexican Restaurant, Doug's Down Town Grill, and Rockin' Baja Cantina.

Will keep you posted.
