- 1 pound fresh sausage, fried and liquid removed
- 1 pound large fresh mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 2 T minced parsley
- 1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
- Bread crumbs
Инструкции
- Rinse and pat dry mushrooms. Chop stems. Put together sausage, cheese, garlic and parsley. Stir bread crumbs in to hold meat mix together. Stuff mushrooms. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 min.
