Ингредиенты
- 2 chickens, cut in eighths or possibly 8 breasts, halved
- 1 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. apple juice concentrate
- 1/4 c. brandy, optional
- 1/4 c. sesame seeds
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- Mix honey, apple juice concentrate, brandy. Dip chicken in mix and then in mix of sesame seeds, wheat germ, flour and seasonings. Put coated chicken in lightly greased pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. Serves 6 to 8.
