Ингредиенты

5 x strips bacon
1 x paper towel
1 lb grnd beef
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon pepper
1/4 c. parmesan cheese grated
2 ounce canned mushrooms sliced
3 Tbsp. green olives minced
2 Tbsp. onions minced

Инструкции

Partially cook 5 strips of bacon. Drain on paper towels.
On wax paper, form the grnd beef into a 12" x 7" x 1/4" rectangle. Sprinkle lightly with salt and lemon pepper. Top with grated parmesan cheese. Combine canned mushrooms (liquid removed) with minced green olives and minced onion. Spread proportionately over the meat. Roll up like a jelly roll and cut into 1-1/2 thick slices. Wrap the edge with a strip of bacon and secure with toothpicks. Grill for 8 min,turn and cook 8 more min.
