Name: Peanut Butter Cookie Bars
Ingredients: 1 c. Butter, melted; 3/4 c. Brown sugar; 3/4 c. Granulated sugar; 1 tsp Vanilla; 1 c. Chunky peanut butter; 2 x Large eggs, beaten; 1 x Plus 1/4 c. all-purpose flour; 1 c. Bran; 3/4 c. Rolled oats; 2 tsp Baking soda; Peanut butter candy pcs

Ингредиенты

1 c. Butter, melted
3/4 c. Brown sugar
3/4 c. Granulated sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 c. Chunky peanut butter
2 x Large eggs, beaten
1 x Plus 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. Bran
3/4 c. Rolled oats
2 tsp Baking soda

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl with melted butter, beat in the brown sugar, granulated sugar, peanut butter and Large eggs. Set aside. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, bran, oats and baking soda. Stir mix into butter mix. In a glass baking dishes, press out half of dough mix into each. Sprinkle peanut butter candy pcs across top of dough mix. Cook till done, testing with toothpick. Cook the rest of the batter, if you like or possibly chill for another time. Remove to rack to cold.
To serve, cut into bars.
