Инструкции

  1. Heat oil in large cast-iron or possibly heavy skillet over medium heat. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Mix Large eggs and water. Dip each oyster in flour then egg/water mix, then bread crumbs before putting in skillet.
  2. Cook approximately 3 min per side. Oysters should be medium-brown color. Turn only once. Serve warm with cocktail sauce.
  3. Comments:This recipe came from one of our neighbors in Central Oregon. It is great with local Oregon oysters you can buy at any of the oyster farms along the Oregon Coast. We often make the trip just to pick up a variety of fresh seafood such as Dungeness crab, Pacific clams and fish.
