- 3 c. Rolled oats
- 1/2 c. Cocoa
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 c. Minced nuts, optional
- 1/4 lb Butter
- 2 c. Granulated sugar
Инструкции
- Combine oats, nuts and vanilla and set aside. Combine sugar, cocoa, and evaporated lowfat milk in a heavy 2 quart. saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue to boil and stir for 2 min. Remove pan from heat and add in butter. Stir till butter is melted.
- Quickly add in oat mix and stir till blended. Drop by teaspoonful onto wax paper. Cold.
