Ingredients: 5 lb grnd beef; 2 1/2 c. bread and/or possibly cracker crumbs; 1/2 c. oatmeal; 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire; 2 tsp salt; 1 tsp pepper; 1 tsp garlic pwdr, (optional); 1 1/2 tsp onion pwdr (may use 1/4 c. finely minced onion); 1 Tbsp. of prepared mustard; 5 x Large eggs; 1 c. buttermilk

2 1/2 c. bread and/or possibly cracker crumbs
1/2 c. oatmeal
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic pwdr, (optional)
1 1/2 tsp onion pwdr (may use 1/4 c. finely minced onion)
1 Tbsp. of prepared mustard
5 x Large eggs
1 c. buttermilk

Инструкции

In large bowl beat Large eggs. Add in rest of ingredients and mix well. Shape into 1 inchor 1/2 inch size balls place on baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 min, in 350 degree oven, shaking pan often to turn balls over. Be careful of splattering grease. Drain and Cold. Place on cookie sheets and put in freezer.
When frzn place in bags and then back in freezer. May be frzn for about 3 months.
