Name: Lemon Filled Cookies
Ingredients: 3/4 c. Softened butter; 1/2 x Sugar; 1 x Egg yolk, beaten; 1 tsp Vanilla; 1 pch Salt; 2 c. Flour Grated nuts for top; 3/4 tsp Orange rind; 3 Tbsp. Softened butter; 1 1/2 c. Confectioner's sugar; 1 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Ингредиенты

3/4 c. Softened butter
1/2 x Sugar
1 x Egg yolk, beaten
1 tsp Vanilla
1 pch Salt
2 c. Flour Grated nuts for top
3/4 tsp Orange rind
3 Tbsp. Softened butter
1 1/2 c. Confectioner's sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Инструкции

Combine first 6 ingredients. Form in 4 small rolls and chill. Slice thin.
Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 400 about 7 min, till light brown. Combine rind, butter, sugar and juice. Place small amount between 2 cookies. Press together gently.
