- 1 lb Round steak, cut into strips
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1/2 lb Bulk pork sausage
- 1 can (8 ounce.) tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning mix
- 3/4 c. Apple juice
- 1/4 c. Each minced red bell peppers, onion Cooked warm buttered noodles Parmesan cheese
Инструкции
- Brown steak in oil and remove. Crumble sausage into small pcs and brown.
- Remove and drain well. Add in tomato sauce, juice, onions, peppers and seasonings. Simmer for 10 min. Add in meats to skillet. Cover and simmer 20 min. Serve over warm buttered noodles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
