- 1 and 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 packet dry taco seasoning
- 1 packet dry Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 2 cans Rotel tomatoes with chilis
- 2 cans white beans
- 2 cans yellow hominy
- 8 ounces spinach leaves (optional)

- Brown the ground beef.
- Add all but the spinach leaves and bring to a simmer.
- Right before serving add the spinach.
