Инструкции

  1. Saute/fry onions, celery, minced pepper and garlic in butter till wilted. Add in shrimp, stirring only to mix. Cover and cook very slowly for 15 min. Reserve 1/2 c. bread crumbs, adding remainder to seafood mix. Add in up to 1/2 c. water if necessary. Season to taste. Stuff into pepper shells and sprinkle with reserved bread crumbs. Dot with additional butter and bake at 300 degrees for 15 min.
