  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 lrg Cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 lb Medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry sherry
  • 1 Tbsp. Paprika Salt and pepper Minced fresh flat-leaf parsley, for garnish

Инструкции

  1. In a saute/fry pan over medium heat, hot the extra virgin olive oil. Add in the garlic and red pepper flakes and saute/fry for 1 minute. Raise the heat to high and add in the shrimp, lemon juice, sherry and paprika. Stir well, then saute/fry, stirring briskly, till the shrimp turn pink and curl slightly, about 3 min.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper and sprinkle with garlic. Serve warm.
