- 32 oz bag frozen hash brown potatoes
- 10.75 oz can cream of potatoe soup
- 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 10.75 oz can creamy onion soup
- 8 oz container of sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese

- Mix together hash browns, soups, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Spray a 9 by 13 in pan with spray oil and transfer the mixture to the pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining chedder and swiss cheese on top.
- Bake at 325 F for 1 1/2 hours. or until cheese melts.
