- 1 lb beef tenderloin - (to 2) cut 1 1/2" cubes
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. sesame oil
- 5 x fresh garlic cloves minced
- 5 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Инструкции
- Marinate the beef for several hrs and bring to room temperature before cooking.
- Preheat your grill for at least 20 min at the highest setting.
- Place the meat on skewers and cook very quickly, about 3 min per side. Remove from the grill and serve.
- Comments: This dish can be served as an appetizer with a dipping sauce or possibly as a main course with rice and grilled vegetables.
