- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato paste
- 1 (No. 2) can okra
- 1 (No. 2) can corn
- 2 pound potatoes

- Place hen in crock pot with water to cover. Cook on high for 2 hrs. Remove chicken, debone. Chop chicken, return to crock pot. Add in remaining ingredients. Cook on high for 4 hrs.
