- 8 ounce can crushed Pineapple, liquid removed
- 1 Tbsp. Finely minced fresh Cilantro
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt

- In small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover with plastic wrap; let stand at room temperature 15 min. Serve as a relish for grilled fish or possibly meat.
